… some pictures.
A strawberry cake I made for a young person’s birthday. I’d completely forgotten I’d taken this photo!

Here’s the bedding set I made (well I made the duvet cover) I’ve started on a quilt to go over the top, which is one of the reasons it’s so plain. The other is that hubby and I couldn’t agree on a design!

This was my attempt at beef wellington last weekend. Glad I tried it, but hubby didn’t like it, so I won’t be making it again.
And finally, the slidy puzzle! We’ve made it double sided, so they can start with the numbers, and then once they’ve rearranged them, they can turn them over and arrange the simpsons picture! It doesn’t work exactly like the child’s toy version as you can easily cheat and lift the squares up and move them rather than just slide them! We hope the kids at camp like it. After it being in our lounge for over a week (for different stages of painting etc) I am quite sad that it is packed away in a box. I can’t wait to see it being used, and hope to bring it back safely to use again.

I’ll try and post over the next four weeks, but with two of them being spent with young people/children, I’m not promising anything!
